The experience
What you'll live
We pick you up at your hotel and, with a bilingual driver-guide, walk Mercado Central, La Vega and Tirso de Molina tasting at the stalls whatever is in season: fruit, cheese, sopaipillas. Then you choose how the day goes on: a private cooking class at a local host's home (Chilean, Peruvian or both), a shared class with eight recipes, or lunch at Donde Augusto or Peumayén. If you like, you add a winery visit and tasting in the Maipo Valley (Cousiño Macul, Santa Carolina or Aquitania), a wine flight at Bocanáriz or a visit to the ÓBOLO chocolate shop. Before you pay you see the exact total, with everything included.
Booking and cancellation. Book with a 30% deposit or pay 100% at once; the balance is paid before the first service. Free cancellation up to 14 days before; between 14 and 7 days before we refund 50% of what you paid; with less than 7 days there is no refund. The venues' prices are indicative and subject to availability: if one changes, we let you know before charging the balance.
How we work. This day is designed so that all you have to do is enjoy it. We take care of every detail before and during the service: timings, bookings, travel times and any change that comes up along the way. You'll be with professional, experienced drivers and guides who know each place well, in comfortable, well-kept vehicles. The service is fully flexible: if you want to stay longer somewhere, skip a stop or change plans on the go, we do it. And our WhatsApp is open all day for anything you need.
