Are the tours private?
Yes. All our tours are 100% private. The vehicle, guide and itinerary are exclusively for your party. We never share a tour with strangers.
What languages do you operate in?
Spanish, English and Portuguese. Other languages (French, German, Italian) on request and with advance notice.
Where do you pick me up?
Any hotel in Santiago (Las Condes, Vitacura, Providencia, Lo Barnechea, downtown) and at SCL airport.
How you pay and confirm
WebPay, MercadoPago or PayPal — always PCI-DSS compliant.
How do I pay?
WebPay (Transbank, CLP), MercadoPago (CLP and USD) or PayPal (USD). All payments are PCI-DSS processed and we never store your card data.
Do I need to pay 100% upfront?
For individual tours, yes — at confirmation. For groups, MICE and multi-day programs we work with a 30% deposit and the balance due 7 days before the tour.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Our terms are detailed on the cancellation options page with clear timeframes and percentages.
Do you bill in USD?
Yes. We bill in USD or CLP, your choice. International cards and PayPal supported; bank transfer available for corporate clients.
The operational side
Bad weather, kids, luggage, what the price includes.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
If conditions prevent us from running the tour safely (Andes road closures, weather alerts), we reschedule at no cost or refund 100%.
Can I travel with kids?
Of course. Our vehicles carry approved child seats (please request in advance) and our guides know how to keep the pace family-friendly.
How much luggage fits?
Jaguar XF: up to 3 medium suitcases. Porsche Cayenne: up to 5. MG3 Hybrid+: up to 2. We confirm capacity before quoting.
What is included in the price?
Vehicle, professional bilingual driver/guide, fuel, tolls, insurance, premium water and Wi-Fi. Meals and attraction tickets are quoted separately and clearly labeled.
Do you offer 24/7 in-trip support?
Yes. Once your trip starts, you have a direct WhatsApp line to your assigned coordinator, 24/7 until you fly home.
