All our driver-guides are fully bilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese. The driver IS the guide — one person with route knowledge, not two strangers in the car who don't talk to each other.

For peak season (Dec-Feb summer, Jun-Aug Atacama high season): 3-6 months in advance to secure premium lodges (Tierra, Explora, Awasi) and direct flights.

For shoulder season (Mar-May, Sep-Nov): 4-8 weeks is usually fine. Day tours from Santiago: 1-2 weeks notice works, but earlier means better vehicle and driver-guide assignment.

Yes — premium airport transfers are one of our most-requested services. We offer:

• Private transfer SCL → hotel (any sector of Santiago Oriente, Las Condes, Vitacura, Providencia, etc.) — meet-and-greet at arrivals with name signage, luggage assistance, premium vehicle.
• Hotel → SCL departure with pickup timed to flight + traffic buffer.
• SCL layover city tour — for travelers with 6-12h layover; we collect at arrivals, do a half-day city tour, and return you to departures with time to spare.
