Frequent questions
Is it really an all-inclusive rate?
Yes. The quote includes the vehicle, the driver, fuel, tolls (TAG), insurance for passengers and vehicle, premium water and Wi-Fi. The only thing not included is meals or entrance tickets at attractions.
Do you charge a credit-card deposit?
No. Because the driver is ours, we do not need to hold a deposit on your card. Payment is the agreed rate, period.
Can the driver speak English?
Yes. All our drivers are professional and bilingual (Spanish/English). For Portuguese, please request it in advance — we have drivers who speak it.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your inbound flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically. No extra charge for reasonable delays (up to 1 hour).
Can I pay in USD?
Yes. We bill in USD or CLP, your choice. Online payment via PayPal or international cards; bank transfer available for corporate clients.
