Helicopter flight
- The flight is operated by a DGAC-certified air operator; the decision to fly, the route and the landing are the pilot's alone.
- There is a maximum weight per passenger and per flight: we will ask for everyone's real weight when you book.
- No boarding under the influence of alcohol or drugs; pregnancy and heart or respiratory conditions must be reported.
- If weather grounds the flight we reschedule, credit or refund what was not provided; it is not a breach.
Heliski and off-piste
- Uncontrolled terrain: there is a risk of avalanches, crevasses and hidden rocks even when the guide does everything right.
- Advanced skiers or snowboarders only; the guide may exclude anyone who is not, with no refund for that day.
- Avalanche equipment (transceiver, shovel and probe) is used, the briefing is mandatory and the guide's instructions are followed without exception.
- The guide may shorten or cancel the plan for safety; that gives no right to compensation.
