We do not sell packages. We design the whole trip — day by day, who to book with and in what order — and hand it to you in a private portal where you choose, follow and keep everything. Every hotel, flight and tour you pay for yourself, straight to the supplier, at their price.

That is what we do: we think the whole trip through and hand it to you in writing, with the reasoning behind every day and the alternatives for when the weather or a flight turns. Then, depending on the plan you choose, you book it — or we do.

These are the destinations we are asked for most. It is not a closed list: if the place is in Chile and you can get there, we plan it. Central Chile we operate ourselves, with our own fleet and driver-guides; for the rest of the country we choose, quote and coordinate the local operator at each place — and we tell you which is which.

Prices are for the whole trip — not per day, not per night, not per person. It is the same number whether two of you travel or ten, and it is fixed from the moment you hire it: it does not change because the trip grows longer, gets re-arranged or gains someone.
While we are planning, we answer during Chilean business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. There is no 24/7 desk: support while you are travelling — a Tourevo host on WhatsApp, every day — is what the third plan adds.

So there are no surprises
We do not mark up hotels or tours. You see what each thing costs and you pay whoever provides it. What we charge is the plan, and it is written above.
Not even when we do the booking: reservations go in your name and on your card. The only thing you pay us is the plan.
The options you will see do not come out of a catalogue: they come from knowing the routes, the operators, and what falls over first when the weather turns.
A supplier can let you down, and sometimes one does. What we do promise is to be there when it happens, with the plan B already thought through.
Questions
Trips of several days across more than one destination, where the order matters: Atacama, Patagonia, Aysén, the Lake District, Chiloé, Rapa Nui, the wine country, or a combination of several. It is not a closed list — if the place is in Chile, we plan it. A single day tour does not need a plan — you book those directly from our tours.
The first version of the itinerary is usually ready in three to five working days. Then come the revision rounds, which depend on how quickly you get back to us.
That is what the revision rounds are for, and changes are requested from the portal, right on the day you want to change. On the second and third plans, changes during the whole planning stage have no limit.
Yes. You pay the difference, not the whole plan again. Most people start on the second one.
Spanish, English and Portuguese. The portal is available in all three, and the traveller picks which one from their own screen.
By card, debit or in instalments, from your portal. The payment is processed by Tourevo Pay and recorded right there.
