Mountain, altitude and hot springs
- You climb to 2,500–2,900 m: headache, nausea or shortness of breath are possible; any heart or respiratory condition must be reported.
- Short walks on uneven ground, intense sun and cold; mountain roads may be closed by the authorities.
- Hot springs are not advised for high blood pressure, pregnancy and heart conditions.
- Rafting, if booked, is provided and charged directly by a specialised operator under its own conditions.
