Horseback riding
- A horse is an animal and reacts unpredictably: there is a risk of falls and knocks even when the guide does everything right.
- The guide assigns each horse by declared weight, height and experience and leads the ride; you keep their pace and distance.
- There is a maximum weight set by the ranch; helmets are available and mandatory for minors; closed shoes and long trousers.
- No riding under the influence of alcohol; pregnancy and back problems must be reported.
Boating, kayaking and jet skis
- Falling into the water, hypothermia and wind are inherent to boating; the life jacket stays on for the whole trip, no exceptions.
- The boat and skipper are provided by a licensed nautical operator; the skipper may suspend for wind or weather.
- You declare whether you can swim; no alcohol before or during; a jet ski is only driven by a licence holder or the operator.
