Untracked snow reached from the lifts and short hikes, not from a helicopter. The guide picks the terrain that same morning with the snow report in hand, carries the group avalanche safety gear — transceiver, shovel and probe — runs the beacon check before setting off, and calls the route all day long: which aspect, which face, when to turn back. Because the terrain is chosen by conditions and not by catalogue, the resort itself can change between Valle Nevado, La Parva and Portillo. We require proven off-piste experience: previous descents in unprepared snow and confidence with the safety gear. This is not a lesson and not a first time, and the guide can call the day off when conditions do not hold — that call is not negotiable. One guide takes up to 6 people, a safety limit rather than a commercial one; beyond that a second guide joins and the per-person rate holds. Season: June to September.

Prices shown are per person travelling solo — one guide for you alone — and drop with every person who joins the group; the full table by group size is further down this page. One guide takes up to 6 people off-piste: beyond that a second guide joins and the per-person rate holds. The lift ticket is not included: it is purchased and paid directly at the ski resort. Ski or snowboard gear and boots are rented at the resort, and the transfer from Santiago is added separately. If what you are after is untracked snow reached only by flying, that is the Heliski Premium — a different product, with its own price and its own requirements.
Price per person by group size
The guide is the same for the whole group, so the per-person rate drops with every person who joins. Add-ons (gear, transfer and lift ticket) are always charged in full.
