Hotels · where to sleep

Sleep where Patagonia becomes extraordinary

Beyond our usual lodges and boutique hotels, we offer a higher-category alternative in Puerto Natales: The Singular Patagonia, a National Monument hotel built on the old Bories meatpacking plant, of which we are the official partner in Patagonia. Below is its full official 2026–2027 rate sheet — programs, seasons, rooms, transfers and excursions — so you can decide with all the information before requesting your proposal.

The hotel occupies the former meatpacking plant of the Sociedad Explotadora de Tierra del Fuego, the most important processing plant in Chilean-Argentine Patagonia and the very origin of Puerto Natales. Declared a National Monument in 1996, it preserves boilers, machinery, condensers and blacksmith workshops on display: you sleep, quite literally, inside an industrial museum, with enormous windows facing the fjord.

For us it works as a luxury base of operations: it's 10 minutes from the Puerto Natales airport, which lets you head out on a half-day excursion the very day you arrive, and about 2 h from the Torres del Paine park entrance. Its programs already include meals, excursions and transfers — we combine them with our private tours, your flights and the rest of your trip through Chile in a single proposal.

    Frequently asked questions

    Before traveling to Patagonia

How do I get to Puerto Natales for these tours?

The most common route is to fly from Santiago to Puerto Natales (direct flights in season, ~3 h) or to Punta Arenas (year-round) and then travel ~3 h overland from there. Tourevo coordinates every private transfer: we meet you at the airport and handle the full logistics until your return.

What is the best time to visit Torres del Paine?

The ideal season runs from October to April (austral spring-summer): long days, temperatures of 5–18 °C and every trail and boat trip fully operating. September and May offer fewer crowds and golden light for photography. In winter the park is just as beautiful but with reduced services — we quote it case by case.

How many days do I need in Patagonia?

With 3 full days you cover the essentials (Full Day in the park + glacier navigation + Milodón or an estancia). Ideally you'd take 4 to 7 days to add the Base Torres trek, Grey Glacier and wildlife at an unhurried pace. Select the experiences you're interested in above and we'll propose the perfect sequence.

Are the tours private or shared?

With Tourevo, 100% private: an exclusive vehicle and guide for your group, flexible schedules and your own pace. The boat trips use the park's regulated vessels; we can quote them as regular departures or with a private charter, depending on your preference.

What does a Tourevo program in Patagonia include?

Private transfers from Punta Arenas or Puerto Natales, a bilingual guide (ES/EN/PT), coordinated entrance tickets, curated hotels or lodges to match your style (from boutique to 5★ premium-lodge level), restaurant reservations and 24/7 concierge support throughout the trip. A single invoice in USD or CLP.

Where do I stay in Puerto Natales or Torres del Paine?

We work with lodges inside the park, boutique hotels in Puerto Natales and Patagonian estancias. As a higher-category alternative we offer The Singular Patagonia, a National Monument hotel in Puerto Bories: 57 rooms facing the Última Esperanza Sound, a spa with a heated pool and all-inclusive programs with excursions and transfers. Above, we publish its full official 2026–2027 rate sheet, with seasons, room categories, transfers and excursions.

How do I customize my trip and get a quote?

A travel designer will get back to you with a finished proposal in under 24 business hours.
