A hidden valley where wine is lived as a ritual
There are places in Chile almost no one knows. Las Araucarias is one of them: a small high-altitude vineyard embraced by a forest of millennial araucaria trees — the sacred tree of the Pehuenche people, today a Natural Monument of Chile. There’s no souvenir shop and no lines: there’s silence, mountain and a handful of barrels. We design each visit for a single reservation at a time, so for a few hours the place is entirely yours.
