No. The base rate for 1 or 2 passengers is the total price of the private service, never per person. From 3 passengers on we quote both the per-person value and the booking total.

A private tour runs with a vehicle, a driver-guide and dedicated coordination, and that cost is the same whether one person or four are on board: hence the base rate of a private tour is USD 420. When what you chose falls below that value, the difference appears as a line of its own — "base rate fee" — instead of hiding inside the per-person price you already saw on the tour. If your group grows or you add extras, the fee falls away on its own. It does not apply to transfers, which have their own per-leg rate.

Meet-and-greet or pick-up at the agreed point, private transfer, fuel and tolls, and Tourevo coordination. On mountain routes snow chains are included whenever conditions require them, and at wineries and ski resorts the vehicle waits throughout the experience.

Lift tickets are not sold through Tourevo: they are bought and paid for directly at the ski resort, according to the date and the rate in force. We coordinate everything else — lessons, gear and transport.

We work with a premium fleet (Jaguar XF, Porsche Cayenne, Hyundai Staria, Kia Carnival and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, or equivalents). The vehicle assigned is indicative, based on the number of passengers, and subject to operational availability.
