Payment FAQ
Payment questions, answered.
Quick answers to what matters: security, confirmation and refunds.
Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. End-to-end encrypted SSL/TLS connection. Processing does NOT happen on our server — we hand off directly to the certified gateways PayPal (PCI-DSS Level 1), Transbank WebPay, MercadoPago and Google Pay. We never touch or store your card details.
When do I get the confirmation?
Instantly. As soon as the payment goes through you receive a confirmation email with a downloadable receipt. If you paid from a proposal (e.g. Solis, Desbrava), the portal redirects you automatically with the proposal unlocked. If the email has not arrived in 5 min, check your spam folder or tell us on WhatsApp.
Which methods can I use?
5 integrated gateways + bank transfer:
- PayPal · USD · Visa/MC/Amex/Discover/Diners · PayPal balance · international
- WebPay Transbank · CLP · Chilean debit/credit · up to 12 instalments
- MercadoPago · CLP · cards + transfer + MP balance · interest-free instalments
- Aloha Pay · CLP · local method in 7 countries (see next question), transfer or card via WebPay
- Google Pay · USD · if your account has it enabled
- Bank transfer · CLP or USD · Global66 account (domestic or international) · no gateway fee · manual confirmation with receipt

How do I pay by bank transfer?
Pick Bank transfer from the list of methods and our Global66 account details appear (with a button to copy them):
- Bank: Global66 · GLOBAL CARD S.A.
- Account holder: IMPORLAN SPA
- Account number: 11678410
- RUT: 76.914.409-9
- Email: [email protected]
Does what I pay come off the final total?
Yes · 100% goes towards your booking. If you paid a design fee, a deposit or a paywall fee, that amount is credited in full against the final value of the trip. If for any reason you do not confirm the booking, the refund follows that milestone’s policy: the $50 paywall is a booking commitment and is non-refundable; design and inventory fees follow the contract schedule.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay by card?
No. On the PayPal screen, click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (below the yellow button) and enter your card details directly — no account needed. PayPal processes the transaction anonymously, as a gateway.
Are there extra fees?
PayPal: includes a ~3.49% processing fee that comes out of what we receive (Tourevo absorbs it). You pay exactly the amount on screen, not a cent more.
WebPay/MercadoPago: no surcharge for the client. Instalments per your bank’s policy.
Bank transfer: no fee · recommended for amounts > USD $1.000.

What if I have trouble paying?
Message me on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with a screenshot of the error and we will sort it out the same day. If the transaction was duplicated, contact your bank too · most are reversible within 24-48h.
