Booking

Your trip details

This is what we need to book in your name and to make the days actually work. You do not have to do it in one sitting: save what you have and come back whenever you like.

Some essentials are still missing 0/21

We cannot move forward without this: Full name of each traveller · Arrival flight into Chile · Departure flight · WhatsApp

Who is travelling

Names exactly as they appear on the passport: park tickets and domestic flights are issued in each traveller’s name, and a different name cannot be fixed later.

One per line, as it appears on the passport.

The expiry date of whichever runs out first is enough. Do NOT put the numbers here: this page opens with a link that never expires and can be forwarded. Documents is the place for that, and it asks for an account and a password.

Several tickets and rates depend on age.

How you arrive and how you leave

This is what sets the transfers and tells us how much of the first and last day you actually have.

Airline, number, date and time. E.g. LATAM LA533, 12 Dec, 07:00.

Airline, number, date and time.

Route, date and booking code. If you have not bought any yet, leave it blank.

You book and pay them yourself, directly with the airline.

Where you sleep

You book and pay for the hotels yourself, directly. What we need is to know where you will be each night so the transfers and timings add up.

City, hotel, nights and booking code.

E.g. 2 doubles and 1 triple.

How you want to travel

This is what really changes the itinerary.

Tell us whose each one is: restaurants ask per person.

It helps us choose walks, altitude and timings. It stays between us.

History, art, food, wine, nature, crafts, shopping, anything.

It is as useful as the answer above, and almost nobody says it unless asked.

How we reach you

If a flight moves or the weather turns a day around, this is what lets us tell you in time.

With country code.

Tell us your time zone too — Chile may be several hours away.

Name, relationship and phone number.

Anything else

A birthday, a surprise, something that went wrong on another trip.

It saves even if the rest is still blank.

We only use this to plan and book your trip. We never pass it on to anyone who is not providing a service to you.
